Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier communication, and issue resolution
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure continuity of supply and resolve material, quality, and delivery challenges
• Assist with RFQs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and performance management in alignment with strategic sourcing teams
• Participate in supplier meetings, summits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct benchmarking, cost analysis, and support business case development
• Develop and improve tools, templates, and processes to drive efficiency and standardization
• Ensure compliance with global procurement procedures, quality standards, and audit requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
• Experience with procurement or purchase-to-pay processes preferred
• Manufacturing or technical environment experience is a plus
• Strong systems and data skills (Oracle experience preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
