Movate is looking for a Senior Sales & Solution Specialist to lead high‑value ServiceNow‑led digital and AI transformations for global enterprises. This role is ideal for a strategic seller‑architect who can connect business outcomes, platform capabilities, and AI‑driven automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for complex ServiceNow engagements—from Art‑of‑the‑Possible discussions to deal closure
- Drive value‑based selling, building executive‑level business cases around ROI, TCO reduction, and CX/EX improvement
- Expand existing accounts by scaling ServiceNow adoption from ITSM into ITOM, SAM, and HAM
- Design and position AI‑first solutions leveraging Now Assist (GenAI) and agentic AI platforms (e.g., Moveworks)
- Lead discovery workshops, solution shaping, and competitive differentiation
- Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions sold are technically viable and customer‑ready
What You Bring
- 15 years in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation
- 5 years of proven success in ServiceNow sales and solutioning, including $1M deals
- Strong functional depth across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt), SAM, and HAM
- Solid understanding of GenAI and agentic workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Executive presence, strong storytelling skills, and commercial acumen
Preferred
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Industry products (FS, Healthcare, Telecom)
