Mountain View Pain Center is a comprehensive pain management and rehabilitation practice committed to treating the whole patient with compassion, innovation, and teamwork. We blend chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management, and acupuncture to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address pain at its source. 
 

TheHuman Resources Generalistsupports the full spectrum of HR operations within a healthcare environment, with primary responsibilities in posting job, offers, onboarding, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. This role is essential in ensuring that every HR process—from hiring and credentialing to employee engagement—aligns with organizational standards and healthcare regulations. 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • HR Operations:Administer day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, conflict mediation, performance management, corrective actions, and HR policy administration. 
  • Recruitment:Develop job postings, coordinate with hiring managers, andfacilitatean efficient and compliant hiring process. 
  • Onboarding:Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization’s culture, values, and patient-care mission. 
  • Employee Relations & Investigations:Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership by addressing workplace issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on policy interpretation and best practices in a fair, consistent manner. 
  • Credentialing & Record Management:Maintainaccurateand up-to-date employee records, including credentials, licensure, certifications, and background checks, ensuring full compliance with healthcare and organizational standards. 
  • Compliance:Monitorand ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as healthcare-specific regulations. 
  • HRIS & Reporting:Use Paycom to manage employee data,maintainsystem integrity, and generateaccurateHR reports to support operational and compliance needs. 
  • Policy & Procedure Administration:Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures tomaintainconsistency and compliance across the organization. 
  • Engagement & Retention:Partner with leadership to promote a positive, inclusive work environment that prioritizes employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth. 
  • Continuous Improvement:Stay current on healthcare HR trends, labor laws, and best practices, recommending and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. 
  • PTO: Understanding the organization’s PTO policy, including accruals rates, usage guidelines, and holiday pay.  

QualificationsExperience: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experiencein human resources, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry. 
  • Proficiency in Paycom and Microsoft Office is a must for this role. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements includingHIPAA, credentialing, and healthcarelabor standards. 

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration,orrelatedfield. 

Skills & Attributes: 

  • Understanding healthcare HR operations and compliance demands. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. 
  • High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities whilemaintainingaccuracy and composure. 
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting a culture of care, respect, and integrity. 
  • Proficiency in Paycom is a must.

 Salary Range: 

  • $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 

Office Location: DTC, 100% Onsite

Office Hours: Monday - Friday. 7am - 3pm

Physical Requirements: 

  • Frequent use of computer and communication tools, including typing, email and data entry. 
  • Ability to perform prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. 
  • Ability to manage and respond to HR requests and communications promptly. 
  • Mental acuity to exercise sound judgment, manage confidential information, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
