Direct Support Professional – Parachute, CO

Pay: $22.25–$26/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours required! Open availability needed- days, overnights, evenings, weekends

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in leading meaningful, self-directed lives.

As a DSP, you will assist individuals with daily living skills, community participation, and personal goals while helping create a supportive and respectful environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and making a positive impact in their community.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
• Support community activities, appointments, and outings
• Encourage independence and personal growth
• Administer medications and follow health care plans (we’ll provide QMAP training)
• Maintain accurate daily documentation
• Foster a safe, caring, and respectful home environment

What We’re Looking For

• A kind, patient, and team-oriented attitude — no experience required, just a willingness to learn and care
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Colorado driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check & TB test (we cover the cost)
• Flexibility for various shifts (weekends, evenings, overnights)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
