What You'll Do
As a DSP, you will:
- Support individuals with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and housekeeping
- Assist with developing social and life skills, including communication and community engagement
- Administer medications in accordance with Colorado state guidelines (QMAP)
- Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or overall well-being
- Implement individualized service plans and support goals
- Transport individuals to appointments, work, and community activities using agency vehicles
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to obtain QMAP and First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days (paid training provided)
- Compassion, reliability, and a desire to help others
