- Administering medications accurately and on time.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitoring and documenting residents' health conditions and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
