Medication Technician

As a Med Tech Caregiver on the NOC Shift, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the care and attention they deserve during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitoring residents’ well-being and responding to their needs with care and professionalism.
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate individual who brings:

• 3 years of caregiving experience (required).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow medication administration protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents, families, and team members.
• A caring and patient demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping others.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts.
