Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer transactions swiftly and accurately.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery in a fast food or quick-service restaurant setting.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, ideally within a quick service or fast-food restaurant.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Excellent cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate sales processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a high-energy setting.
