What You’ll Do
- Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phone calls promptly and pleasantly
- Schedule new and returning patients and maintain accurate records
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
- Track visit counts and authorizations for therapists
- Collect payments and explain clinic policies
- Prepare, file, and maintain patient charts
- Make appointment reminder calls
- Assist with light cleaning and occasional aide work as assigned
