Seeking a part-time and a full-time medical receptionist for a fun multi-specialty office. Must be passionate about patient care and a team player. The medical receptionist is responsible for providing professional, welcoming, and efficient front-office support in a private Otolaryngology practice. Duties include greeting and checking in/out patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments and procedures, verifying insurance and patient information, collecting payments, managing referrals and records, and communicating with patients and clinical staff. The position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, dependability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment. Days required will be Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please include 3 references with your application.
