Mountain High Outfitters is hiring Keyholders/Sales Leads for our location in Montgomery, AL.
At Mountain High, having fun with a purpose is always at the forefront of our minds. We create a team of highly motivated individuals who strive to connect our Guests with the product in the Shop. We are looking for leaders who consistently exemplify these values and are a driving force in building a team full of the confidence and knowledge needed to create memorable experiences for our Guests.
In addition to team building and the Guest Experience, Keyholders play an integral part in Shop operations by monitoring trends and serving as the Manager on Duty. Other responsibilities include opening and closing the Shop, handling cash register operations, and helping to maintain inventory integrity.
Key Qualifications:
-Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in a Guest facing sales setting.
-Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a fast-paced, constantly changing retail environment.
-Proven ability to drive amazing Guest Experiences in a team environment
Pay Range:
Starting at $16.00/hr
