Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to manage turnovers for a short-term rental (Airbnb) property in Manhattan, KS. This role is critical to growing a 5-star guest experience as you will ensure that every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming, and comfortable environment. Hours:
- Must be flexible, cleanings are based on a booking schedule
- Typical turnover window: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Must be available for same-day turnovers when bookings require it
- More hours available as business grows
Duties:
- Clean and reset the property between guest stays
- Change and wash linens/towels (or replace with clean sets)
- Restock basic essential supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.)
- Ensure the home is guest-ready (beds made, floors and surfaces clean, trash removed)
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the host
- Follow a detailed cleaning checklist provided by the host
Requirements:
- Prior professional cleaning experience preferred (Airbnb or residential cleaning is a plus)
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work between 11 AM – 4 PM (typical turnover window)
- Must have reliable means of transportation
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
