POSITION: Retail Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Retail
REPORTS TO: Retail Manager
Summary
The Lee Canyon Retail Lead is to assist our valued guests in finding the best gear that suits their specific needs, while delivering expectation-exceeding customer service throughout the process. To be successful as a Retail Lead you should have an outgoing personality, willingness to learn new things, and enjoy interacting with customers. Ultimately, an exceptional Retail Lead should be able to provide customers with seamless, positive shopping experiences.
Responsibilities
The Retail Lead’s responsibilities will include all the responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate I and the following:
- Will act as Leader on Duty when the Retail Manager is not present.
- Ability to handle escalated customers.
- Inventory, receiving new orders and inputting into POS.
- Receiving new orders and inputting into software.
- When the Retail Manager is not present, responsible for unlocking and locking the store.
Working Environment/ Physical Activities:
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop
- Ability to push, pull and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Cleaning/maintaining store and department areas such as windows, picking up trash, shoveling snow, etc.
