Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused team member to ensure 100% guest satisfaction at Lee Canyon. This seasonal position serves as the main point of contact for all guests and may involve point-of-sale transactions, email correspondence, and general guest services. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Objectives of This Role
- Deliver exceptional service to guests that encourages repeat visits and long-term loyalty
- Collaborate with coworkers to achieve sales goals through suggestive selling and special promotions
- Inform guests about products, programs, and services, offering guidance and recommendations when appropriate
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment
- Represent the resort with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Treat all guests with respect and courtesy
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the resort
- Respond to guest inquiries via in-person, phone, or email about the ski area, resort operations, programs, rates, and policies
- Sell season passes, lift tickets, snow school lessons, and retail items
- Handle point-of-sale transactions: cash, cheque, debit, and credit card processing; count register floats and complete daily cash-out reports
- Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Respond quickly and politely to requests from guests, supervisors, or management, following up to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout shifts
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Courteous, proactive, and able to demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during peak periods
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Lee Canyon community, resort operations, and ski hill offerings
