- Guide new employees through hiring process and onboarding.
- Issue and track uniforms.
- Aid with preparation and execution of employee orientations, trainings, safety committee, etc.
- Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9r.
- Any other tasks assigned.
- Must be 21 with reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of Paycom HRIS, timekeeping systems, payroll, etc.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good problem-solving skills
- A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
