What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Clerk position at Mountain Capital Partners?
Guide new employees through hiring process and onboarding.
Issue and track uniforms.
Aid with preparation and execution of employee orientations, trainings, safety committee, etc.
Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9r.
Any other tasks assigned.
Must be 21 with reliable transportation
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of Paycom HRIS, timekeeping systems, payroll, etc.
Ability to work well in a team environment
Good problem-solving skills
A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
