Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Maintain knowledge of seasonal cocktails, local craft beers, and wine selections

Process payments accurately using POS systems

Check identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Restock supplies, glassware, and garnishes as needed

Assist with opening and closing duties

Work collaboratively with Mountain Room Crew, Cooks, and Mountain Leadership

Handle high-volume service during peak ski hours and special events

Accurately record all hours worked, ensure time entries are complete, and promptly resolve any discrepancies prior to the end of each pay period

Complete required training as assigned by mountain leadership

Other duties as assigned by mountain leadership
Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older

Previous bartending experience preferred

Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Maintain unexpired TIPS certification

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environment

Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Successful completion of background check

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $17.50/hour
