As a Middle School Classroom Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting both the academic progress and overall well-being of your students. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment. What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging, project-based instruction aligned with IEP goals and core curriculum
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
Track and report student progress, grades, and IEP outcomes
Collaborate with academic and clinical staff to support student success
Implement classroom management and behavioral strategies as needed
Supervise and guide Teaching Assistants
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and curriculum development
