Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | School-Based | Year-Round Academic Setting | Salary $20hr - $25hr (based on experience and certification) Job Summary
Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a Health Services Assistant with an active CMA, LNA/ MNA certification to support student medical care on our Plymouth, NH academic campus. You will assist with daily health services operations, provide medication support under nursing supervision, and help ensure the overall health, safety, and wellness of students across our school. Key Responsibilities
Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
Review prescriptions and maintain accurate medication documentation
Distribute scheduled medications, PRNs, and OTC supplies
Coordinate and transport students to medical appointments
Upload and maintain medical records and appointment notes
Complete required documentation (MARs, incident reports, weights, drug screens)
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with medical and safety standards
Support CPR, First Aid, and required health trainings Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following combined education, certification, and experience requirements:
Active CMA, LNA, or MNA certification (required)
Ability to pass all required background checks
Minimum age: 21
Education & Experience (must Meet One Of The Following)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
OR 60 college credits
OR High School Diploma/GED Plus One Of The Following
2 years experience working with children or youth
Combination of human services education and experience (minimum 2 years)
7 years of parenting experience
Qualification under NH Child Care Licensing (He‑C 4001.19)
Preferred (but Not Required)
Experience in pediatric, school, residential, or behavioral health settings
Background working with youth or vulnerable populations
Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation
