Our students, in response to their life experiences, can present them with a constellation of adaptive mechanisms that have become distressing symptoms. These symptoms are often present as self-harm, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, aggression, suicidality, as well as disordered eating. - Provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling for youth, assisting with behavior management and crisis intervention.
- Educate and empower youth in developing essential life skills and fostering healthy relationships.
- Collaborate closely with our team to create a nurturing environment that promotes growth and healing.
- Engage students in a range of enriching activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor adventures.

- High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year full-time experience working with children, or equivalent in human services credits and experience.
- Valid driver's license preferred; must be 21 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks.
