About the Job
Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR) with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and supporting the critical functions of our Emergency and Specialty team. As the first friendly face (and voice!) our clients meet, you’ll play a vital role in shaping their experience and supporting a fast-paced, collaborative team of professionals.
Responsibilities
• Greet clients and patients with compassion and professionalism
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, financial discussions, and client education
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and specialty teams
• Manage documentation: pet insurance, records, faxes
• Support front desk organization and cleanliness
• Attend team meetings and training to build skills and teamwork
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless experience
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years in a veterinary hospital
• 1 year of client service experience (phones, scheduling, reception)
• Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with EzyVet or Vet Radar is a bonus
• Positive, solution-focused mindset and team spirit
• Comfortable in a high-energy, emotionally dynamic environment
• Weekend, and holiday availability required
