Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a hardworking, compassionate Veterinary Assistant who thrives in a dynamic clinical setting, learns quickly, and is excited to be a key part of patient care.

Ideal candidates have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting (preferred but not required)

• A positive attitude and a desire to grow in the veterinary field

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic

• The ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams and treatments

• Help with daily care: walking dogs, cleaning cages, feeding, monitoring patients

• Safely restrain patients for exams, blood draws, and treatments

• Set up and take digital radiographs

• Perform in-house diagnostics and prepare/send out lab work

• Maintain clean, stocked treatment and exam areas

• Understand and assist with commonly used medications

• Prep surgery suites and ensure sanitation post-procedure
