Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - East Coast
Location: East of the Mississippi River. Candidate located near major airport preferred.
Objectives:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive sales growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to Commercial AV Integrators, managing independent rep firms, and developing strategic relationships that drive specification and close rates for AV mounting solutions and related products.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth within the assigned region through direct sales efforts and rep firm management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial AV integrators, consultants, distributors, and rep firms.
- Provide sales leadership, training, and support to assigned manufacturer rep firms to ensure alignment with Mount-It! PRO sales goals and product strategies.
- Conduct product presentations, lunch & learns, demos, and attend regional trade shows or industry events to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Create and execute regional sales plans and forecasts to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent messaging.
- Maintain CRM records for account activity, pipeline development, and forecasting.
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience in Territory Sales, preferably in the Commercial AV industry.
- Proven success working with and managing Manufacturer Rep Firms is required.
- Strong experience selling to Commercial AV Integrators is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed (up to 50%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for or with AV manufacturers, integrators, or distributors.
- Existing relationships with key AV integrators and rep firms in the territory.
- Knowledge of AV vertical markets including corporate, healthcare, education, or hospitality.
Work Location: Remote with the ability to travel 50% or more.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 per year DOE, plus commissions
