Accounts Payable Clerk – Immediate Start | Warwick, RI
Location: Warwick, RI (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Westaff is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast‑paced and growing team in Warwick, RI. The ideal candidate is detail‑driven, organized, and confident managing high‑volume invoice processing while supporting daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and enter vendor invoices with accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Research and resolve invoice or payment issues
- Coordinate invoice payments with vendors and internal departments
- Assist with month‑end closing activities
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Qualifications
- Previous Accounts Payable experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
