Now Hiring: Temporary Packagers - Fairfax, VT
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Type: Short-Term Temporary Assignment
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packagers to support a busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a short-term assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Count and verify products for accuracy before placing them in displays
- Label and mark products, containers, and packaging materials
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete required packaging, production, and inventory documentation
- Remove and document defective products or materials
- Seal containers using tape, fasteners, glue, and hand tools
- Move, sort, and organize products, materials, and pallets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report operational issues or concerns to the Lead Packager
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous packaging or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
