As Workforce Optimization Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall development, review, and approval of property work schedules.
Additionally, You'll
- Ensure that MotorCity is appropriately staffed according to company labor strategy.
- Help ensure that MotorCity Associates comply with time and attendance policy. Follow through with appropriate discipline as needed.
- Establish and maintain workforce management goals associated with tracking, analyzing, and planning of work volume.
- Facilitate and liase with leadership team regarding workforce management issues.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a leadership position within casino operations, or an alternative deemed appropriate.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
