As Utility Person, you're responsible for cleaning china, glass, silver, and serving equipment. Additionally, you'll:
- Set up and breakdown equipment at functions.
- Assist in cleaning kitchens.
- Run and help maintain various dish washing machines.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, and pull equipment, and ability to lift 25 lbs. to the waist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with ability to meet required timelines.
