As Prep Cook, You'll
- Prepare all food that requires preparation before it can be used by the line cooks and chefs.
- Ensure that vegetables are chopped, garnishes prepared, and salads are made fresh daily.
- Proper sanitation practices a must.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum one year experience.
- Working knowledge of fundamental and intermediate cooking techniques.
- Ability to follow recipes, properly season, finish food items, and plate presentation.
