We're hiring a Sportsbook Supervisor to join our team. In this position, you're responsible for the Sportsbook floor operations during assigned shifts, including approving or denying wagers from customers, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

We're hiring a Sportsbook Supervisor to join our team. In this position, you're responsible for the Sportsbook floor operations during assigned shifts, including approving or denying wagers from customers, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Supervise Sportsbook cashiers; ensure all transactions are performed according to Company policies as well as state and federal regulations.
- Monitor all monies being wagered.
- Approve or deny wagers from guests.
- Maintain Sportsbook vault.
- Conduct sweeps/bankroll increases on cashier drawers as necessary.
- Monitor performance, conducts basic maintenance and customer experience on kiosks.
- Handle escalated guest disputes in the Sportsbook.
- Report issues and discrepancies to management immediately.
- Advise management of any operational concerns.
- Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
- Maintain high visibility throughout the Sportsbook.
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner.
- Greet a high volume of customers and answer questions in a polite and courteous manner to maintain a fun, positive and supportive teamwork environment.
- Promote new product launches, printing betting sheets daily, self-service terminals and a/v system.
- Assist with online sign-ups.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- 1 years of cash handling experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of computers, touch screens & a/v system.
- Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable licenses and satisfy all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in sports or online gaming and compliance preferred.
- Demonstrate poise, tact, judgment, and diplomacy.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and stack.
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a time.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be fluent and literate in English.
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when required.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
