Duties & Responsibilities:
• Wave and spin signs to grab attention and promote new home communities.
• Stay active and enthusiastic while working with the flow of traffic.
• Represent the community with a fun, engaging attitude.

• Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 6-hour shifts).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
