Job description:

Motivational Systems, Inc., a full-service supplier of interior and exterior environmental graphics (displays and signs), is currently looking for an experienced Senior Level Sign Installer for its Phoenix Division. The Senior Sign Installer plans and executes product installations including, but not limited to; signs, flags, graphics, and furnishings and displays.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Complete installations efficiently and accurately
• Read and interpret installation maps and drawings
• Operate equipment and tools safely
• Communicate with team members and supervisors
• Mentor and support Installers and Junior Installers
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges
• Provide input on installation process improvements
• Installation of MSI products to include: signs, flags, graphics, furnishings and displays.
• Digging holes, constructing structures for signs, installing flag poles and sign structures
• Applying paint and vinyl
• Hanging displays
• Arranging furniture
• Reading plans and maps for accurate installation of products
• Driving to job sites to install products

Following are the qualifications the successful candidate must possess:

• 5 years of installation experience
• Strong problem solving skills
• Mastery of all tools, techniques, and equipment to include the use of hand tools including drills, saws, shovels, diggers, pry bars, power augers, hammers, wrenches, levels, squares, and other related construction tools
• Demonstrate pride in work and determination to finish the job. Demands quality.
• Demonstrate and clean and appropriately dressed appearance.
• Demonstrate the ability to represent MSI in a professional manner and with integrity.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions, maps and read basic construction plans.
• Finish carpentry and construction skills needed.
• Must be 21 and have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with deadlines.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 100 pounds
• Scheduling flexibility/Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed (mostly outside)
• Ingenuity and problem-solving skills/creativity.
• Past experience in a signage displays environment a plus.
