You’ll work with modern agile tools, primarily Jira, Confluence, and internal delivery frameworks, while partnering closely with developers, product owners, and leadership to run structured 2-week sprint cycles across multiple tech teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-7 years as a Technical Program Manager or Scrum Master
- Strong experience running 2-week sprints and Agile ceremonies
- Hands on proficiency with Jira (user stories, sprint boards, reporting)
- Excellent communication and cross team facilitation skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite, 5 days a week in Scottsdale
- Strong understanding of SDLC and technical team workflows
- Experience in fast paced or startup like environments
- Familiarity with Confluence, API-driven platforms, or cloud ecosystems
- Background supporting multiple engineering teams simultaneously
- Agile coaching or process improvement experience
