A Scottsdale based technology driven business solutions provider is hiring a full time onsite Technical Program Manager to support and mature their growing engineering operations. You'll work with modern agile tools, primarily Jira, Confluence, and internal delivery frameworks, while partnering closely with developers, product owners, and leadership to run structured 2-week sprint cycles across multiple tech teams.
This role places you at the center of a rapidly scaling delivery organization where you'll have direct influence over process maturity, sprint cadence, and cross team alignment. Required Skills & Experience
- 3-7 years as a Technical Program Manager or Scrum Master
- Strong experience running 2-week sprints and Agile ceremonies
- Hands on proficiency with Jira (user stories, sprint boards, reporting)
- Excellent communication and cross team facilitation skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite, 5 days a week in Scottsdale
- Strong understanding of SDLC and technical team workflows
- Experience in fast paced or startup like environments
- Familiarity with Confluence, API-driven platforms, or cloud ecosystems
- Background supporting multiple engineering teams simultaneously
- Agile coaching or process improvement experience
