- Significant experience in technology governance, assurance, audit-facing, or enterprise control roles
- Experience operating within complex, matrixed, multi-business environments
- Deep exposure to internal controls, audit, risk, and compliance disciplines
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through governance and challenge (not direct execution)
- Demonstrated success governing technology financial controls, cost transparency, and reporting
- PMP, CISA, or similar certification
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or maritime industries
- Advanced degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with multinational or Fortune 500 organizations
- Strong communication and independent escalation/reporting skills
- Defining, maintaining, and governing regional Technology governance frameworks according to global standards
- Ensuring adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, security policies, and regulatory obligations
- Providing oversight of technology portfolio intake, prioritization, and demand processes
- Delivering independent portfolio and risk insight and reporting exceptions to leadership
- Defining and governing PMO standards and establishing consistent reporting
- Overseeing technology financial controls, partnering with Finance and Procurement for compliance
- Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity of all reporting to Technology leadership
