- Strong experience with C# and .NET
- Solid experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building, maintaining, and modernizing production applications

- Experience with .NET Core
- Experience with Python
- Background working in complex, data-driven, or regulated environments
- Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership
- 7 years of professional software development experience
