Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in IT consulting or professional services
- 5 years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations
- Strong experience across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or similar)
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets, and timelines
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies (NowCreate or similar)
- Ability to manage risks, issues, and governance (RIDAC tracking)
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Columbus, OH
- Experience working within public sector or government environments
- Familiarity with FedRAMP or highly regulated cloud environments
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in relevant modules)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications
- ITIL v4 certification or strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
- Experience leading UAT and Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives
