This is a long-term contract ServiceNow Developer/Administrator opportunity located in Columbus, Ohio (onsite 5 days/week) supporting a large-scale public sector digital transformation initiative. Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and web technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow platform upgrades and patching cycles
- Experience managing user access, roles, and group permissions
- Hands-on experience with CMDB management and Service Catalog administration
- Ability to troubleshoot platform performance and resolve incidents
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Columbus, OH
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Experience with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
- Familiarity with FedRAMP or government cloud security standards
- Experience working within ITIL v4 frameworks
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or upgrade-related certifications
- Experience supporting public sector or government environments
