What They’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in robotics, automation, or mechanical engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong experience designing electro-mechanical systems from concept through production
- Proficiency with CAD, GD&T, and FEA
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging mechanical systems
- Experience with DFM
- Familiarity with MATLAB or Python
- Experience collaborating with embedded or cross-functional engineering teams
