Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with at least one backend programming language such as C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot
- Understanding of databases and SQL
- Experience working with data processing, automation, or business applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Exposure to AI tools and modern automation technologies
- Experience working in a high-volume production or operations environment
- Crystal Reports, PlanetPress, BCC, or similar software
- Knowledge of CASS, NCOA, Merge/Purge, Presorting, and USPS regulations
- 3 years of development experience
- Degree in a relevant field
