Senior Product Manager / Radio Frequency / Microwaves

This full-time opportunity can be based in a major U.S. engineering hub and offers the chance to drive strategy for a cutting-edge Gallium Nitride (GaN) product portfolio serving highly technical markets.

You'll have visibility across executive leadership, product development, customers, and sales teams while helping shape the future direction of a growing product line. Required Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• 5 years of experience in semiconductor engineering, product marketing, product management, or a similar technical role
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave semiconductor technologies
• Experience with GaN, MMIC, power amplifiers, or related RF products
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, testing, reliability, and qualification processes
• Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing activities and technical sales initiatives
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience launching and commercializing new technology products

• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, telecommunications, or data center markets
• Familiarity with distribution channels and partner-based sales models

You will lead the strategic direction of an advanced RF semiconductor portfolio, identifying market opportunities and translating customer requirements into actionable product initiatives. Working closely with engineering, quality, operations, and commercial teams, you'll help define future product offerings and support new product introductions.

• Developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with market trends
• Gathering customer feedback to influence future product development
• Creating compelling technical presentations, sales tools, and marketing collateral
