Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and programs
- Develop and maintain core project artifacts including:
- Project plans and schedules
- Status reports and executive briefings
- Risk and issue logs
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes
- Manage third-party vendors, ensuring accountability, performance, and timely delivery
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and decision-making across teams
- Coordinate across internal IT teams and external partners for seamless execution
- Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies, adapting as needed
- Provide clear, concise communication to executive leadership and project stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK and Agile frameworks, with the ability to apply both effectively
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, including web-based applications and enterprise systems
- Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated success managing vendors and third-party partners
- Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence
- Ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and/or similar project management tools
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 8 years of progressive IT project management experience
- Experience leading highly technical teams and delivering complex systems
- Prior experience working within a PMO environment preferred
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
Salary : $55 - $70
