One of the leading providers of best-in-class information technology services and solutions is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to join their Hybrid team in Atlanta, GA!
Our client is looking for a polished, proactive, and adaptable professional to support senior leadership in a fast-paced Professional Services and technology environment. This role will initially provide Executive Assistant support to the SVP of Professional Services during a maternity leave transition period before expanding into broader operational support across multiple Professional Services leaders. The ideal candidate thrives in highly dynamic environments, brings strong executive presence and emotional intelligence, and can anticipate needs while operating with minimal direction.
Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience preferred
- Experience supporting VP-level or senior leadership in fast-paced enterprise environments
- Strong executive presence, professionalism, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and shifting priorities
- Experience managing complex calendars, executive communications, and scheduling coordination
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Loop, and Word
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable operating in highly fluid and rapidly changing business environments
- Experience within technology, consulting, Professional Services, or enterprise organizations preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership within Professional Services
- Manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, and scheduling coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, operational reviews, leadership discussions, and executive communications
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through
- Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and business stakeholders
- Anticipate executive needs proactively and support execution with minimal oversight
- Support multiple executives and managers simultaneously while balancing competing priorities
- Coordinate onsite and virtual meetings, leadership events, and occasional travel logistics
- Create executive-ready presentations, PowerPoint decks, reports, and communication materials
- Support operational coordination and continuity across Professional Services leadership teams
