We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support complex technology initiatives tied to divestitures and large-scale transformation work. This role can sit in Charlotte, NC; St Louis, MO; or Des Moines, IA (hybrid 3 days on-site). This role will help drive organization, communication, and execution across application and infrastructure teams in a regulated financial services environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of project coordination, PMO, or project support experience within technology environments
- Experience supporting application and/or infrastructure projects in complex enterprise environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Experience preparing project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and reporting materials
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams
- Financial services, banking, or regulated industry experience preferred
- Experience supporting PMO processes, governance meetings, or transformation programs preferred
- Exposure to project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or Smartsheet preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers and program leads with schedules, milestones, deliverables, and coordination across workstreams
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track action items through completion
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, project documentation, and governance materials
- Follow up with stakeholders, monitor deadlines, escalate issues as needed, and help keep the program on track
Salary : $34 - $37
