Mid-Level PHP/React Software Engineer

A client in the insurance space is growing rapidly and looking for a new software engineer to join their team in Tampa

This company creates an end-to-end software solution for insurance agencies specializing in flood insurance. This company provides solutions and platforms to automate internal processes, create new user profiles, and ensure that financials are flowing smoothly

This is a full-stack software engineering position located onsite (5x/week) in downtown Tampa.

Required Skills/Experience

• 5 Years in a software engineering seat as an Individual Contributor
• Experience writing backend code with PHP
• Experience creating frontend/UI with React
• Experience with relational databases, MySQL preferred
• BS in CS or related field
• US Citizenship (security clearance required)

• Experience working in AWS
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Startup/Freelancing experience
  
  

Role Responsibilities

• 90% hands-on coding
• 10% management, road mapping, and code reviews
