Full Stack Engineer / PHP & React / Tampa / On-Site

A leading provider of cloud-based insurance software is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing an existing platform that supports multiple user portals and streamlines insurance operations. Due to government contracting requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens capable of passing a stringent background check.

The ideal candidate is an adaptable engineer with 2–3 years of full-stack development experience who can work on both frontend and backend technologies, optimize existing systems, and contribute to improving platform functionality and automation. Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of professional full-stack development experience
• Backend development with PHP
• Frontend development with React
• Experience with MySQL or SQL Server databases
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for government security clearance (clean financial and legal record required)
