Description:
The Database Assistant will provide operational support for day-to-day business activities for the Product Release Team (PRT) and Product Data Supervisor.
This would include assignment of item/catalog numbers, as well as input and maintenance of relevant data in the ERP system.
They will also provide technical support to perform data analysis and preparation that contribute to our data reporting and overall data integrity.
The individual will help ensure that all item-related data is available in the necessary systems and legal entities.
Lastly, the Database Assistant will also help with process improvement and automation initiatives.
Required Skills:
Database entry or management experience (1 year)
Microsoft Excel ERP (1 year hands-on experience preferred)
Jet Report/Power BI SQL (or an understanding of if/then logic-based statements)
Microsoft Excel ERP (1 year hands-on experience preferred)
PIM/MDM (preferred)
Knowledge of the biotech industry, biology, and/or immunology (preferred)
Knowledge of manufacturing practices and bills of material (preferred)
