Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years as an individual contributor Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showing exceptional design craft and shipped products with measurable outcomes
- Experience owning end to end design from roadmap to QA
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems and operate with high agency
- Strong references
- Education in art, design, computer science, or similar
- Ability to write React or CSS
- Experience designing fintech or financial workflow tools
100 percent product design focused, starting with web and expanding to mobile over time.

- 80 percent hands on design and UX/UI
- 10 percent strategy and roadmap planning
