About The Role
As the Founding Product & Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the founders to push the product from MVP to real-world use. You will coordinate product development, support pilot users, and build the internal systems that will scale the company.
Key Responsibilities
Product
- Turn vision and user feedback into clear product requirements
- Coordinate sprints, testing, and release cycles
- Oversee QA and create lightweight specs, wireframes, and workflows
- Recruit and onboard early pilot users
- Run feedback sessions and translate insights into product improvements
- Track key usage and performance metrics
- Set up internal tools (project tracking, CRM, user management)
- Manage vendor relationships and integrations
- Support basic compliance and documentation needs
- Contribute to investor materials and progress reporting
- Support go-to-market tests and pricing experiments
- 3–6 years in product, operations, or customer success (SaaS/startup)
- Strong grasp of software development lifecycles
- Comfortable with tools like Figma, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, HubSpot
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, execution-first
- Experience with AI/ML products or API integrations
- Exposure to legal or professional-services workflows
- Early-stage or zero-to-one product experience
- Basic familiarity with compliance standards
- MVP launched with 5–10 pilot users
- Clear product roadmap based on user feedback
- Core internal workflows and tools in place
- Pilot insights inform next development phase
