A global technology organization is seeking a full-time, direct hire Executive IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary, dedicated IT support resource for Senior Leadership — including the C-suite, Board Members, and their support staff.

- Deliver high-touch IT support for executives and HQ staff.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues, including advanced Outlook/Exchange calendar management.
- Support AV setups and live events (board meetings, town halls, etc.).
- Perform onsite IT tasks: hardware/software setup, connectivity troubleshooting, ticketing, and asset management.
- Experience supporting C-suite or VIP users.
- Strong macOS Windows expertise.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 and Cisco AnyConnect VPN skills.
- Experience with device provisioning (macOS imaging, Windows Autopilot).
- Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure.
- JAMF or Intune experience.
- ITIL familiarity.
