Our client, a leader in audio & visual technology, is hiring an Event Coordinator to join their team in San Francisco, CA!
**This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits**
As the Event Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of high-impact customer, partner, press, and internal events at the company’s Experience Center. You will help create memorable guest experiences that showcase industry-leading audio, video, and imaging technologies while coordinating logistics, stakeholder engagement, and event operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HQ guest visits, including agenda creation, scheduling, meeting logistics, demonstrations, catering, and room reservations
- Support the planning and execution of customer, partner, press, and internal events, including networking receptions and cinema screenings
- Serve as a key point of coordination between marketing, sales, executives, presenters, and other cross-functional teams
- Assist with event-day operations and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Support operations through data tracking, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Desired Skills:
- 3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, executive briefing centers, customer experience, communications, marketing, or media events
- Experience interacting with executives, customers, partners, and other high-profile stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience with Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro, event registration platforms, Concur, or survey tools is a plus
