Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles, with prior experience as a Java software engineer
- Proven ability to support and optimize Java applications in production environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services and scripting/automation for deployment and systems management
- Experience designing or refining CI/CD pipelines for Java-based services
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring, incident response, and postmortem practices
- Background in mentoring engineers or setting DevOps best practices across teams
- Hands-On Engineering: 70%
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 30%
